Moving Beyond the “Event” - Transferring Knowledge to the Workplace

In October 2021, Bob Mosher hosted an eLab to explore how learning organizations help employees transfer what they learn in training events (whether virtual or in-person) to their daily jobs – whether it’s been 1 day, 2 weeks, or 6 months since an employee participated in training. Bob facilitated a dynamic conversation with members about how we as learning professionals can make that transfer more intuitive and empower the learner to feel more independent and capable.
