Who Is Cathy Masie?

Cathy Masie is the Co-Chair of MASIE Learning Foundation, Masie Productions and a Trinity College Research Fellow. She is living in Dublin, Ireland and Saratoga Springs, NY

 

The MASIE Learning Foundation is supporting critical conversations in learning, theater and storytelling, including ethical applications of AI in education, the role of storytelling in both theater and business and
innovations in startups focused on social impact.

Cathy owned and managed the most influential global conferences on eLearning, EdTech and workplace
learning development for three decades. Hosted at Walt Disney World and attended by over 100,000
professionals, the conferences featured speakers Michelle Obama, Steve Wozniak, Anderson Cooper, and
Malcolm Gladwell.

 

She is a Tony nominated, Drama Desk Award winning theater producer, who, with Elliott Masie, has been
involved with over 50 Broadway, off-Broadway and West End productions. Some of their productions are Kinky Boots, American in Paris, Allegiance, The Prom, Anastasia, Cabaret, The Play that Goes Wrong, Funny Girl, Between the Lines, Indecent, and the upcoming production of Dolly, the Musical. One of their current projects is Just Another Day, a warm and poignant play by Dan Lauria that explores the lives of two people with dementia.

creativity and empathy reflected in her history as a Board
Member of education, community, women’s health
access and social change organizations:

She is proud to have graduated from two amazing liberal
arts education institutions, Northfield Mt Hermon and
Hamilton College.

In addition, the Masie’s selectively invest in and support start-up corporations in the US and Ireland that reflect social impact, innovation in health care, and diversity.

 

Cathy Masie is a respected producer, manager and colleague of educators, performers and social change advocates in the US and Globally.
