MASIE Innovations Focus: Learning, Technology & Innovation
Elliott Masie’s Learning COLLABORATIVE:
75 global companies, including Amazon, Zoom, Bank of America, Subway, General Electric, Merck, Southwest Airlines, Oracle, The Hartford and others, collaborate on innovations in the world of Workplace Learning. Together, they are experimenting with emerging technologies and learning methods to meet the needs of a changing workforce, workplace, and business environment.
The MASIE Center:
The MASIE Center: Founded in 1989, we have created and hosted Learning Conferences and Learning LABS for over 150,000 business colleagues around the world. We sold the Learning Conference several years ago and have been hosting a series of virtual gatherings for the field.
Learning Gives Back:
Each year, we provide financial and other resources to key non-profit and government groups that are addressing global social issues. Our contributions have benefited these and other groups: True Colors United (Cyndi Lauper’s Group), eLearning for Kids, Reach Higher (organized by Michelle Obama), Franklin Community Center (in Saratoga Springs), and many more.
Empathy Concerts:
One-hour interactive Concerts with Broadway Stars and Learning Leaders focused on the key role of Empathy in these challenging times.
MASIE Productions:
We have produced over 29 Broadway and Off-Broadway Shows, including Kinky Boots, The PROM, Anastasia, Allegiance, the Come from Away Tour, and more. We have also created and hosted the Broadway Hackathon with the NY Public Library to explore innovations that stretch the theater production and entertainment process.

eBooks:
As an extension of the “Knowledge Philanthropy” efforts started by executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, MASIE regularly publishes free eBooks, each focused on a cutting-edge topic, with content from leading experts and the community of learning practitioners. During the Pandemic, we developed two books: Pivoting Learning (October 2020) and Empathy & Learning (March 2021).

MASIE Innovations: Based in the US and Germany, MASIE Innovations is the "B" company - purposed based, which is the home for the range of Elliott Masie projects and events. MASIE Innovations also makes targeted investments and provides guidance to the expanding EdTech Venture World.
